Next July, 35 students from the Fashion Department of Lasell College will go to Paris and study the European Fashion Industry. In preparation, we are meeting once a week this semester to establish a knowledge base and to create community. 
Here are some pictures of our first day of class. The professors were challenged to bring French food to share with the group. We had chocolate croissants (pain au chocolat), cheese crepes (crepes au fromage), flan (creme caramel), madelienes (butter cookies), and a georgeous plate of goat cheese (fromage de chevre), camembert, and others...
