I just discovered Florence Welch in a Style article from the New York Times, Her taste in clothes gets a thumb's up from me... Elie Saab, Givenchy, and vintage Christian Lacroix! ... and her music is used in shows as diverse as Valentino and Dries Van Noten. Mulberry even had all their models for the spring show wear red wigs as a homage to Miss Welch. I just had to look her up on youtube. I love this video and her image. Not always pretty but really striking. Great gogo dancers. Unique styling and completely unconventional. The music is really great too. Our Fashion Promotion class should really consider her sound for the music for our spring show. She's up for a Grammy tomorrow...
