Pantone has a great iPhone app that creates a color pallet from a picture. This is a picture I took last year during the winter, and I just pulled it into the app called myPANTONE. The app automatically pulls the Pantone colors, but you can also customize the pallet from the fandeck or by color picking from the image. VERY cool.
